You know what's nifty about hand-painting each individual feather one by one? The part where you decide not to do it because you value your sanity. Obviously I don't. :crying: Don't even ask me how long this took because I have no idea.


You shouldn't have bothered coming here in the first place if you're not going to FULL VIEW.

wow, this is absolutely stunning. Those wings are just fantastic and the atmosphere nearly flawless!! Great work! The only thing I could see that might help the pic a bit was if you bolden the shading between the arms and torso so it wouldn't look so blended there. Otherwise this is just great!

As usual, I love love LOVE the reds against the blue backdrop, very striking, and the details of the tattered clothing. <3
